may bring, for proper disposal, 10 gallons or 10 pounds of hazardous waste at no cost. ACCEPTED HAZARDOUS WASTE FOR DISPOSAL NOTE: LATEX PAINTS are not considered hazardous waste and cannot be accepted at this event. Explosives cannot be accepted. Agricultural chemicals require special disposal but can be accepted by appointment only at this event. Businessesclassified as “conditionally exempt generators” will also be accepted for disposal by appointment only, and will berequired to pay the hosting contractor on site for disposal services. Anyone needing an appointment should call the Bethel Town Office by September 2nd.
